GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

UPDATE ON MOLYHIL
The Directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) the exploration company focused on gold and base metal projects and advancing tungsten-molybdenum projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, are pleased to announce that all Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday 17 May 2012 in London, were duly passed without amendment.
Commenting, on latest developments, Mick Billling, Thor's Executive Chairman said:
"We are now close to having the findings of the Definitive Feasibility Study on Molyhil, with the ore reserve expected in the next few weeks and the mining report shortly thereafter. What is already clear now, however, is that at the prevailing price for Tungsten, Molyhill has the potential for an early payback of the capital required for its development"
