Another Corporate Governance failure.

Where are all the PAA management cheer squad today? ( Raining so no attendance ).

Are we running for the World's Worst Public run Company ?

"Contract errors" X 3 this week alone.

Everyone including the Apologists have seen two.

You will all remember a while back that 85% of HC members voted informally on this site for a combined hybrid/ live AGM incorporated into the PAA Constitution. Not one including the Apologists voted for a 100% hybrid type agenda.

Some of the BoD read HC , some of the BoD are informed on what's on HC.

They understand what we wish in an AGM but they place a Special Resolution to deny anyone the opportunity to attend and ask pertinent live questions. Of course if this gets through your prickly questions will not be answered in any shape or form.

I am voting No to the Special Resolution. Doesn't sound very special.


This Company really needs a severe dose of Corporate Governance medication to secure confidence amongst the populace. Why are they so content to erode the confidence we should have in them ? What's the answer Bucko you have been living the "dream" on Marooned Island the longest ( HC wise) . Apologies if there is another longer HC poster.
