The GM was indeed to vote on the allocation of the performance shares but on one little old condition.
They need to sign a JV partner to get them!!
From what I now know, the meeting was organised when they thought they were pretty close to getting one done and if they had finalised it soon after, it would've made the timing of the meeting relevant to us punters.
I understand that negotiations are ongoing and I find myself green with envy to think of lucky punters like you who have the opportunity to enter at such supressed prices.
Remember, non-exec Jason wrote the biggest cheque out of anyone for that issue at 5c.
You reckon he knows what's going on and is confident they will get it done?
