    Guys - they still need to deal with the forestry concessions issue, whoi owns it. Y limited understanding is that there is a legal case pending over the ownership of the forestry concession on that parcel of land.

    The methodology will require proof of the ownership of the rights to the forest, this is not something they can do without PNG government support.

    The VCS website lists the Green Collar methodology as still in its first assessment stage, a review on 22 January 2010 stated that the methodology required "significant review" and that the methodology is likely to create a "significant overestimation of credits"

    The first review by Carbon Planet had 21 corrective action requests including the failure to have a risk of non permanence buffer- basic stuff. The comment raised concerns on the methodologies ability to calculate credits form the project. If this is a the case how can they go to the market or make reports on expected revenue through the sale of VCS credits when they don't know how many they will get.

    I have only had a cursory look at this and I urge you to do your own research or employ someone who knows what they are doing.
