Afraid I won't be able to make the meeting (running a restaurant an hour away). I have a modest holding which I averaged down to 3.3 cents. I think that the 2 questions we need to ask ourselves are 1) What do we think the Share price should be in 2013 and 2) how big a bonus should we pay the Directors to achieve that price. So, say we think that Lee should get a bonus on or before the expiry of the Options of $200,000 for achieving a 5 cent share price, then 200,000 Options should obviously be exercisable at 4 cents, giving him an immediate profit of 1 cent per share. If the share price is worth more, good luck to him. If less, he probably doesn't deserve a bonus. 4 cents minimum sounds good to me.
