    Hi Bolat,

Can you attend the forthcoming meeting?

I do not intend to tell anyone how they should vote. There will be many varying opinions I am sure.

As I see it, our beloved directors hold relatively small shareholdings in the coy. If they are prepared to pay .025c to convert their "free" options, that alone indicates their faith in the company and in an ongoing increase in the SP. They have until December 2013 to convert. It would be a huge windfall if they converted on that date (or earlier) and the shares were trading at .05c - .10c or more.

That is the one of the benefits of being a director, you don't have to pay for your shares unless you are a sure winner. Unlike the punter who sticks in his hard earned and hopes like hell.

SH,s could vote in favour of the resolutions or seek to amend the resolutions to a lesser/greater amount of free options or a higher/lower excercise price. My intention in starting this thread is to get a feel of other SHs thoughts as General Meetings are historically poorly attended.

Believe, you responded without giving your opinion on the resolutions propesed for the GM.

(I note that 4 mil shares were bought from the buy side at .015c just now.) IMHO that is a smart buy in view of impending news.

    Miki
