To me it looks like voting for the merger is the only real option, but I have to say I have some issues with the proposed merger that would be good to collect others view on.
The proposed new Board members read well credentialled, but the merger comes at too high a price for my liking.
I'm wondering what it means for future market. Does this mean dual listing on NASDAQ as well as ASX? This would open a significant market where the US have better respect for biotech companies and help them succeed, but dual listing adds complexity and costs.
Any views on the merger and what happens post merger?
