How do you decide that the price of the merger is too high? We have an independent expert's report which indicates that it is moderately in the favour of CBio shareholders. What evidence do you have to the contrary. Shareholders of CBio cannot expect shareholders of Inversion to pay for the incompetence and plundering of previous directors and management. This is the most positive move from this Company in quite a few years. We are seeing the absolute wisdom of those shareholders who gave of their time and money to change the management of CBio.
