Just seeing if anyone is going the AGM next week.

This will be the perfect opportunity to address management about the current state of play in how the company is running.

From my perspective, I would only have one question.

What percentage of the companies outgoings are being spent on operational activities compared to what is being spent on management salaries?

If they can't answer that question with clarity and relate their response to creating wealth for shareholders, it certainly identifies a number of courses of action that need to be taken.

I am of the opinion now that FMG were very wise to cut away the deal as they probably knew this situation would be protracted. If it is finally sorted out. I wouldn't be surprised if discussions started up again.

I think the only way that OBL will be able to pay for Backreef's share in Derby Block is to get financial backing from another entity. How that will be done remains to be seen.

My only major gripe as this stage is the level of salaries currently being paid. Happy to hear opinions from others.
