All this talk of consolidations and management wanting to do a capital restructure to lower shares on issue to get rid of speculators. Are we talking about the same management who just issued 2 billion shares at a 60% discount to the trading price at the time after the stock ran to 2c and they did a raising at .005. Amateurish stuff and yes they raised 10 million $$ but at lows and if you look at professionals in this field they actually make the most of a rising stock price to lock in higher raising but these guys smashed 2 billion shares onto the market at a severe discount and now think wow we have so many shares out there we need to consolidate. Id say management should be worrying about more important things like moving forward with travelan in Canada and the US and the opportunity with NASH . Maybe actually producing some shareholder value for the 10 million $$ that was just pumped into the company is a good idea to concentrate on and 3 billion shares didn't seem to worry them when they wanted the 10 million $$. Consolidate and as usual we will see more erosion of value. The company has not announced a consolidation as of yet so i hope they are more worried about finding that value rather then how many shares are out there that they were happy to issue not so long ago.
