The thought of wanting to change my vote to "yes" on the funding did cross my mind. However as there are some (much) larger shareholders voting for the proposal, it appears my votes will have little bearing on the result.
Not too sure who said it the other day, but it was mentioned that have some "no" votes for the $4m would be a good thing as it would send a message to management that shareholders were not entirely happy with the prospect of further dilution or that shareholders could have been included in the CR. So that gave me some comfort as least.
I have always thought that a better deal could be done, although given recent events perhaps it was the best deal possible at the time.
On a side note, am I right in assuming the the last permits are due in around 2-3 weeks ?
