My opinion only.
Company will focus on development of Agate Creek, maybe a little work on Eidsvold for appearances sake. Coal assets will remain in ground for a long time.
Three man Board and only Chairman spoke. He came across as highly knowledgeable and very experienced. The Board was asked by a shareholder present if they were not a little "old and tired" and maybe "stodgy". To this the Chairman replied that the Board had a strong desire to do the next activity properly and with absolute intention not to be distracted into any form of diversification... while giving unconvincing lipservice to the "if anything comes up" platitude.
Personally, I was left with the feeling that my money was safe for the long term in that the company will do nothing stupid. However I came away a little disappointed. As I see it, the company lacks the energy and enthusiasm to capitalise on its present assets in the current resource boom.
