there is of course the very remote possibility that another bid from another 3rd party could lob in FAR's lap before April 28 --- but that is doubtful.
But a new bidder might have their Bidders Statement getting approval as we speak??
I was going to say, a new bidder could stand in the market with a bid, and grab any shares offered - but of course we are Suspended from trading, hence that opportunity is out -> thanks FAR board for that.
Chair did say the bid yesterday by Remus took them by surprise - so they could be surprised again before 28 April? Here's hoping.
