I can imagine all sorts of hurdles, because I have read many coys very often are queried by ASIC over their Bidders Statement.

FAR stated that it was Allan Grey who virtually demanded the meeting be postponed for 14 days. They have about 13%.
So clearly they are interested in considering Remus proposal - so am thinking they want out, they want to take money and run??

Too little, too late from Allan Gray and the big holders...they should have been demanding a long time ago
