Well - today is the day...

I doubt that Falaknaz will be successful in his little coup - but if I were a BGD shareholder I'd be seriously thinking about how much value has been lost under Wallner and his buddies.

I agree with lostsoul - I've been following this stock for a while (at the moment it's out of amusement...) and it has been an absoulte failure. The company was awash with cash a few years ago, and there has been zero progress towards anything representing a productive enterprise.

The Australian project is dead and buried - there's not a chance they'll get finance for it in this market. The finishing plant is just a hole in the ground - haha at least EFS is an expanding busness (possibly because it's not run by boulder management...)

So really, I don't see why shareholders who have presumably lost a lot of $ on this stock should have any allegience to current management.
