The new remuneration package for PJ & SM is interesting. No 'hurt money' to pay out by them but the target is what I would think, a bit short time-wise.

The question is: How will the target be specifically measured and importantly, what will happen if they don't achieve it? Will we be asked to vote on a time extension or will PJ take his foot off the pedal about November '09 if they don't seem close to making the timeframe?
