    Would prefer they placed them in escrow.

    I am an original IPO investor and sold the majority of my stake in this company mid last year at $1 plus.

    Recently added to my holdings with the small offerings under 30c.

    Iggy wants an off-take and is what GXY needs. Convertible note issue is on the cards imho.
