Just for an exercise, lets change the equation.
Lets say Pen have just aquired the Lance project but with no drilling or data to date. They are standing on a very greenfield project.
BUT!!! They just happen to have $94,500,000 in cash in the Bank. (80+14.5=94.5)
A far cry from their current market cap of roughly around 36 million.
An I have not even factored Karoo into the equation.
