... and before anyone bites my head off, yes I've oversimplified it a bit - there are some real reasons why the SP can hang around the placement price - if anyone taking up the placement is also an existing holder they may want to sell some at a profit and buy them back at 1.20 in the placement...
They're not going to want to sell below 1.20 though, and noone seems to be in a rush to sell below 1.30
