(I'm not so hung up on exact days of announcements because I'm not a trader, they'll come in good time when things are achieved...)

Production being; an end-to-end process from the geo analysis, drill-blast, run-of-mine, crusher, to the product popping out the end of the plant process, as concentrate for export... then receipt of money for said product.

July 2016 - First shipment of concentrate.
Dec 2016 - Full optimisation.

To me that looks like 2016 production occurring... not 2017
