True Benjamins; options doesn't leave much impact on SP unless very close to expiry and under the money than big investors try to keep it down to minimize dilution or to take advantage on further cap raise. Yep, escrow shares could leave impact on SP movement but believe right now, short term break is only from the one locking in profit by selling shares. Once, supply is over and shares are moved to stronger hands, this will keep combing slow and steady (similar to ZIP) & many other less diluted tech stock.
