coal projects are usually budgeted in for 5-25 year forecasts , spot pricing does not affect the i risk purchases of tennaments

so if someone still wants it from years ago they'll want it today,

as lucrative as coal is , financing is hard to get for them due to the negative (impact) and greenwashing the world has .

a lot of share holder in these financing groups hold green close to their heart and even tho they are very profitable , still doesn't look good.
