The fact that Neometals have long had a bucketload of cash (and still does) means that brokers/instos/funds have not had the opportunity to "get in cheap' along the way as they usually do.
This is a strong point for NMT, as you are correct in assuming that they will need to buy on market or at least pay a premium when funding the future developments.
