Its good to get some info out of this video and thanks for posting.
The really could have done a better job of this in my opinion.
The should of put Michael in a chair or at least somewhere he is comfortable and he can stop clutching his arms close to his body.... and maybe add some media training and some better editing to remove some of the ahhh... ummm..... etc out of it. Also he is looking everywhere but the camera.
There is a real lack of confidence to his speech and posture which takes the impact away from the good message.
I've worked in media for about 20 years now so maybe I'm just hyper sensitive to it.
