I think Chris Reed's current tour overseas, including his presence in Germany and his presentation at the Battery conference will prompt significant further European investment. Publicity for the NMT four project story is all that is needed now.
On top of that you have Monday's (28th) opening of the Pilot Plant.
I'd say that $2 will be about next Tuesday at the latest.
