I think CR has again played a strategic bit of mastery here. He has offloaded the rights to the recycling for UK, Ireland, Italy etc. before Primobious was created.
This is allowing NMT the flexibility to potentially be bought out of its share of Primobious (imagine what that deal would be worth) and still having a massive share in a company that has the exclusive rights to it in UK, Ireland, Italy etc.
Just my opinion.
