    The Green Deal Industrial Plan referred to by Hans van Leeuwen will turbo charge the "permitted" vanadium chemical plant being developed by unlisted Australian company Critical Metals Ltd and Neometals Ltd in Finland. The project will produce high purity #vanadium for batteries and specialty alloys in #Europe without mining. Its carbon negative and production costs will be in the lowest quartile.
