Nut , sorry you feel that way and express it everyday here on HC. Many of us long term holders are prepared to wait and not watch the daily moves.
I am up from my low buys (some 17c) but yes down about half a $mil from highs. Still manage to get on with it. You don't have to hold but since you are good luck. I think we are in future tech mainly for the battery recycling alone. Things can move quickly once each step is proven.
I say hold tight....live...and forget!
