Thanks for this - I really appreciate it - i had found that interview earlier today and watched it - I really like what i see and more importantly hear. Chris appears to be what I would want for the head of a company: hungry, articulate, highly intelligent, knows his field, can sell with confidence, actually cares about the balance between profit and longer term sustainability (and understands the company can win with this outlook) and by his comments at the end actually cares about others. This company appears to be an entity that is building multiple opportunities (and as he puts it) are ready to 'pull the pin' to activate each opportunity when the timing is right. And all the while not having mountains of debt and crippling interest payments means they will be there for when those opportunities are ready to pay off.
