Soon as they get comfort on recovery rates hitting target I suspect they will sign, might get some snippet from Chris in today’s presentation, he did say in past that introducing a scrubbing operation into the spoke was relatively easy and should improve the recovery rates to assist hitting targets.
At least we got some green on the board but a long way to climb back, good news needed over the remaining year, strong buy at todays IMO, Loop.
