Those subsidies, you listed on top are not connected to Primobius. The "executive bodies" are the recepients of the money, an those are total different companies.

I found the EU - Battery regutlation proccedings. On Tuseday 13 of June 2023 the the EU Parliament will have it's final vote on the regulation, the second last step in the regulation, see page 1, timeline of the poceedings, and page 12, date of vote.
In the document there is also linked the content of the proposed regulation, the made changes.
