Was just looking through an old analysis of NMT done back in Feb 2018 by Arlington. Since then, NMT's traded in the Mt Marion interest for cash, but... the value of all the other projects and commodities has improved and enhanced (by a lot..) since then.

The London-based investment group, which was engaged by Neometals, has applied a fair net asset value of $1.43 on the stock, around four times trading levels of $0.35 to $0.36.
I note in Arlingtons Aug 2020 report, they just put in caps:
Neometals’ market cap is almost entirely
backed by its cash holding with the market assigning virtually no
value to its significant portfolio of core and non-core projects.
