Hi Brucie
the NMT website changes from time to time.
I think the displayed joint ventuers section is newer part of the website, or perhaps I've just overlooked it in the past.
Joint ventures:
- primobius = battery recycling (known)
- RAM = Eli (known)
- Novana = vanadium recovery (in think already mentioned, but newly displayed)
All company websites are eccessible over the NMT website, when you click on the symbols.
Here is the link to the novana website:
https://novana.fi/
Have a look at the partnerlist of the project. I nice and already communicated lineup of companies.
Now have also a look on the following website of the SMS group:
https://www.sms-group.com/de-de/innovation/turning-metals-green/green-steel
There you can again find one of the names of the partnerlist of Novana.
Could the SMS group eventually becomming a joint venture partner for the vanadium recovery plant? Pure speculation.
Back to the battery recycling
I think one can only reiterate. The SMS group is just a really good partner.
Have a look at it's projects and it's customers/partners around the world.
among others
- Tata Steel (https://www.sms-group.com/de-de/suche?q=tata%20steel)
- Aurubis (https://www.sms-group.com/en-de/press-and-media/press-releases/press-release-detail/aurubis-and-sms-to-cooperate-in-construction-of-multimetal-recycling-plant-in-georgia-us)
- Itochu, in a boader sense (i.e. https://www.sms-group.com/en-de/insights/news/news-detail/yamato-steel-co-ltd-orders-a-new-compact-roller-straightener-for-heavy-section-mill)
- and so on
SMS has, with it's 50% stake in primobius, a new "product" in it's portfolio, it can suggest and offer to it's customers/partners if they want to enter the battery recycling buisness.
As I look at it, SMS can be seen as a magnifier for the visibility of the battery recycling technology buisness of primobius in the world of metal buisness, on top of it's engeneering expertise and woldwide locations.
These are just some simple thoughts.
I'm hopefully looking in to the future of NMT and will be patient concerning the stockprice.
What are your thoughts? Can NMT become a regular dividend payer in the future? A scenario I would prefer.
