I think there is little doubt that the MB deal will come to fruition. There are some unavoidable realities here. EV is the future. Battery Recycling is essential. MB is one of the main players in the world. There doesn't appear to be (at least at this stage) any other player that will build them a plant or is as advance with the tech as we are. We are their announced preferred tech partner or more importantly we have a long-term collaboration to recycle next generation cell formats and chemistries. - so obviously if they have concerns about the tech then sure but we have no reason to believe that. They cant have concerns about our ability to build thanks to SMS Group

So that's a lot of egg to wipe of your face if your MB and it doesn't come to fruition and the only logical reason is a delay at MB end.
