Note India NOT China - just an indication of the Reed boys smarts - China is the kiss of death at present for many Australian companies. NMT didn't fall into this trap with the processing MOU, good timing ?

However they have worked with China just fine when the playing field was better i.e. China was the other partner brought into Mt Marion for finance & as a guaranteed buyer of Li - I notice, like iron ore, they haven't stopped importing Li from Australia/Mt Marion but like iron ore, they will stop when cheaper supplies from their investments elsewhere come on stream.
