Neometals is now a licensing company. What I heard Chris say was that Stelco was to be licensed only; it won't be a joint venture project. Vanadium is to be licensed per my understanding. If Barrambie comes through this would be an income generator. But Neometals is planning a capital raise.
I don't think this is mismanagement so much as market conditions.
