I don’t either, my guess is that they have FA to announce and probably not able yet to meet certain specs of the chemical conversion for the PO to be fulfulled.
The outstanding mineral I believe is cobalt as I do remember hearing they still haven’t got it to a satisfactory level so that might be holding up the show.
Just hope Chris doesn’t fob us off and actually tries to make NMT great again but doesn’t look good especially if they cannot get the PO across the line as others will cross Primobius out of the running also.
