pro cap...yes you are absolutely correct( but from your tone it sounds like you have unfortunately been badly burned ) ..I was taken in by the Mercedes deal ..which is a great deal....and the no debt ...and a good cash position in the bank...and the technicals looked like the stock was making a base...which is still in process.
On further checking I was disturbed by the large wages and benefits of the executive and the board...and the wishy washy collection of investments on which management have spent a great deal of money ...almost like a zoo!!
I make it my policy to only invest a nominal sum about $5000 as an initial entry point in low priced shares then I closely examine the stock from there on if it works I slowly build .In NMT I would have invested eventually no more than $20,000 but only if it started making profits and showed strong revenue growth and I would have held for three years as long as the company was showing solid growth in Revenue and Profits. ...this of course is still a possibility.
I was certainly making myself heard on the issues I now believe are holding the company back from doing exceptionally well but" Only as a warning to the wise ..who may be thinking long term."
I still think there is a trading profit of 25%/ 30% to be made with a six month view (on my entry price of 19c ie 24c/25 c ) with a further release of news on the Mercedes deal and yes I may well take my profit and leave...unless the executive show a positive appraisal of their behaviour ..which I hardly think is possible ..as May West said "Too much of a Good Thing is Wonderful!,"
Yes unfortunately the management have little to recommend them with regard to their parasitical qualities or their moral compass.
I should emphasise historical analysis has shown that it is not unknown that companies with a good product allied with a very successful major company (ie like Mercedes) have survived and prospered ...even with the questionable skills and/or greed of its executive and directors!!!!
    All the Best to All.
