sisukas...it is generally viewed that two to three times book value is within the bounds of the possible but ten times plus plus plus...is generally looked upon as being well out the ball park...while under book value is generally considers worth a look....it is not a hard and fast rule that under book is a buy..it might be ...but anything more that two or three times book value should be viewed with caution...of course rate of growth of revenue ,profits and cash position and many other factors including technical must also be considered and not book value alone .
Book Value is a very important part of the bigger picture...but not by far the sole criteria in assessing a share.
The major criteria arguably is the rate of growth in Revenue ,the rate of growth in profits and a rising return on equity.
