I agree with your sentiment, and the recent silence from the board is not reassuring. The company is certainly in survival mode until income streams are realised and we are only 2 quarters away from another capital raise, surely they would trim the management team to reserve cash and prolong the need to raise. To raise around 10 cents would seriously dilute the company

i would say Reed Senior would be livid that his 40 million shares are worth 8% of what they were 2 years ago. The fact he hasn't completely sold out could be a clue to better things on the horizon and I certainly hope so.
