Utopian...of course more and more dilution then a destroying...

Utopian...of course more and more dilution then a destroying consolidation ..say a one for four and again a butchering of the share price and of course continual rises in income and benefits to the executive and board...Yes where the final price as per dilution and consolidation etc..I honestly feel that 5c on present value is being optimistic .
On reading the announcement of the World Tour I just could not go on being "Sht on again and again" ...The company has possibly a good future ahead ...but without this leadership and this board .. ..I just could no longer live with the thoughts of Chris and his directors Swanning around the world in four and five star hotels having champagne and caviar for morning and afternoon breaks and the best breakfasts and lunches and dinners that money can buy ...Yes their continued spending spree of company cash.!!!
This continued destruction of shareholder value ..will continue I honestly believe it will not stop.The Price of the shares reflect the continued spending of Chris and his directors
and the gradual destruction of the equity base ..This share holder abuse has became just too too much for me and I have bowed out and I sold at 14c ..I make no apologies ..Don't get me wrong I've been in many companies that have gone through difficult times and "I took it all and stood tall"and won and lost...but never have I seen a company being so systematically broken down
and becoming a true and complete life style company for the benefits of the leadership who are drawing out every pint of blood that takes their fancy.
My losses in the scale of things were minimum but for years to come I will remind myself that "Even a company getting into a relationship with arguably one of the best engineering companies in the world Mercedes" can still be systematically bled to death by its leadership.How wrong I was in believing this announcement would be a turn for the best and things would improve . ..indeed earlier this company could not complete the recent share placement...a placement that had "a token response from the executive and the board."
Enough was enough for me after visions of this World Tour ..there is no sign of this leopard ever changing its spots. I know when I'm beaten.I will not be returning ..I will not witness the further commitment of more atrocities.
