Thanks all, don't know how I missed that but my issue remains the same. The deal is asymmetric in favour of Critical Metals. The fact NMT is a shareholder only partly offsets the dilution.
Still very happy with NMT as a whole and will just have to put up with 1 sub-optimum deal.
