I Suspect that a large part of the 20m shares has gone to short covering. I would love to see an up to date short position from our resident provider of this information. If this is the case then the shorters need for the shortfall shares to cover their position disappears as does the opportunity to raise a further $10m ! I am not sure who else will buy them if the shorters dont now have to!
