NMT would be worth $1.2B just because they sold a pile of dirt?

Will Chris "I couldn't understand why NMT had a MC of $1.1B" Reed understand this time around that NMT would be worth $1.2B?

Will NMT sell it for "cents on the dollar" like they did with Mt Marion?

Will the cash end up as dividends & be paid to friends & family who are the largest shareholders in NMT?

Who's going to buy this pile of dirt?

Why does NMT continually insist on making other shareholders rich instead of their own?

I have to see it to believe it. No more blind faith, they've burnt their bridges with me.
