The same team that negotiated the deal with SMS Group GmbH to form Primobius are presumably the same team that helped put together the deal with Critical Metals.
I can’t see why NMT would settle for less favourable terms with a small company like CM when they were able to swing a 50/50 deal with a major metallurgy giant like SMS.
It just seems a bit incongruous to me that they would.
