Bill Richmond was the tenement holder for Mt Marion which he sold to Neometals and retained a 2% royalty for spodumene production. I am not sure whether he was ever a shareholder or not. Why would you be when you are getting 2% of $1B in revenue for a couple of years?
He also famously gave Chris a new Tesla because he was making so much money!\Hope that helps
Also NMT would have ben able to issue 93.5m shares after the meeting on Friday but only issued 66.6m. What about the shareholder's who paid 19c 8 months ago??
