    Agree, just saying that stuff is all assessed by ASIC, not the current Fed court case.

    The Fed court isn't judging if those allegations are true or not - just if they existed, were recorded and what part (if any) they played a part in the redundancy.

    I make no judgement on Christians actions or allegations. Yes they could have been the reason. But equally it is easy for a disgruntled employee to make up stuff or misrepresent (even based on misunderstandings) to cause problems for a company or staff they don’t get on with. The court & regulators will sort it out - not us.

    Not a good look for the company. And poorly handled in my opinion.
