It’s worth noting that Christian had a first hearing on 20/09/24, right after the restructure announcement. As Head of Recycling, he was leading our major project with extensive experience in recycling, having worked for top OEMs, and he’s German by background, a great hire, so credit to NMT and Chris for bringing him in. They’re out raising funds for recycling, yet chose to make the Head of Recycling, with relevant expertise, redundant. That’s certainly questionable.

I don’t believe he’s just a disgruntled employee. Federal Court proceedings are extremely costly and risky, especially for an immigrant, so why would he take on that kind of financial burden without a serious reason? I think he may have uncovered issues within NMT and potentially Primobius that could harm our investment, which raises more concerns.

Another point that stands out is that the Federal Court expedited a full hearing just 7 weeks after his claim was submitted and only 6 weeks after the first hearing. Typically, cases like this take 12-18 months to reach that stage, so it’s possible the judge saw something in the evidence that warranted immediate action.

Looking at the court’s page, there are already numerous affidavits uploaded, which speaks to the complexity and seriousness of this case.
