I tell you what.
Each & every board member needs to start loading up on this stock. If they're going to issue billions of shares here, then they need to do some heavy lifting & buy up these shares. Either via a CR or on market.
The ones that don't do it, shareholders here have to vote against their re-election to the BOD. The top echelons need to start putting their money where their mouth is.
It's only been 20 god damn years.
