Primobius is now free to focus on larger customers in more competitive parts of Europe or other parts of the world. NMT wins either way.
The value of her position in HNR increases, she receives a royalty stream, perhaps one day a dividend payment from HNR on 773 million shares. Lots of benefits of giving the licence to CM in the first place.
The value is in the technology, the more wide spread the technology the more income NMT makes. NMT also gets to secure a larger market share, I don't see any negatives in the agreement.
NMT could complete a takeover of HNR one day?
